Please read our shipping policy before placing orders.
Processing time is between 1 - 3 business days. Once processed, all packages are shipped standard first class mail (1- 7 business days). Please verify that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If you notice that there are any discrepancies with your address please email us immediately at CustomerService@myprettydefense.com. Pretty Defense will not be liable for any packages that have been shipped to the wrong address.
While processing orders, if USPS cannot validate the address provided to Pretty Defense and email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You will have 48 hours to respond with any corrections. If a response has not been received within that time frame we will proceed to ship to the address that was provided when the order was place.
Once we provide a tacking number Pretty Defense is no longer held responsible for your package. If your items are lost, stolen or damaged please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.
Returned to sender: If your package is returned to us for any reason we will reach out to you for instructions on next steps. You will have an option to have your items reshipped to you. Or have your ordered refunded with a 10% restock fee.
